START LIVING was established in 1998 as an internal e-zine among chronic pain sufferers in Canada. It has evolved into a bilingual (English/Chinese), printed monthly consumer magazine together with this website (www.startliving.com.hk).
Start Living works to improve the health and well-being of all through public health education.
Start Living magazine was first published in printed in Hong Kong since December 2006.
